Admin phone-number updates are unavailable for identities shared across multiple Ramp businesses.
Employee policy signature flow adds a re-signature action
After Policy Agent changes, admins can download/export the updated policy, re-upload it as a new employee-facing PDF under Policy > Travel & expenses > Additional controls > Employee policy for signatures, and choose 'Require signatures again' to trigger new signature requests. The upload flow also now offers 'Just upload' versus 'Upload & send' options, and signature status is filterable in the People tab via an Expense policy signature filter.

Ramp's unified AI usage events carry the gateway key that produced them
The unified AI usage ingestion event gains two optional fields, gateway_key_id identifying the LLM Gateway key associated with the event and gateway_key_alias capturing that key's alias at the time. The retry guidance is tightened alongside: retry only temporary failures such as 429, 5xx and network timeouts, fix invalid or unauthenticated requests first, and reuse both the same event_id and the original payload, because changing usage, cost or metadata on a retry can create a separate spend record.
Ramp ships a guided ERP migration flow
Ramp adds an in-product ERP migration flow for moving to a new accounting provider - a direct Ramp integration, a partner-built API integration, or Universal CSV. Started from Accounting settings, it disconnects the current provider then maps old accounting fields and values to the new connection in a two-step flow before migrating eligible field settings, vendor mappings, coding rules, workflows, policies and unsynced codings. An ERP Migration CSV Export emails backup files of up to 50,000 recent synced records each, with links expiring after 24 hours. Already-synced items are not remapped, and a completed migration cannot be reversed.
Router adds an OpenAI Chat Completions compatibility surface
Ramp Router now serves POST /v1/chat/completions, which the docs previously stated did not exist and would 404. It covers streaming, tool calls and usage; stop sequences only where the provider API supports them. Requests using logprobs, n greater than 1, legacy functions or audio are rejected with an explicit 501. Router now advertises three API surfaces rather than two.
Ramp filters merchants by URL or domain
A new `merchant_url` query parameter on the merchants list endpoint filters merchants by a URL or domain, with values normalized before matching stored merchant domains. Announced in the API changelog on 14 August 2026 and corroborated by the OpenAPI spec (new optional query parameter on `get_merchant_list_with_pagination`) and llms-full. Follows the `merchant_name` prefix filter shipped three days earlier.
